At this stage, the client should already developed a sense of awareness about what other successful people are doing. What is expected from the client at this stage is that he or she, after knowing the behaviour of other successful people, will model their patterns & behaviour, and implement them into their lives.

This is the last stage of the mentoring process, where all that have been learned need to be applied into the client’s life. This is where the client will reap the rewards of their efforts, and enjoy the sweet taste of success it brings.
