When you develop the disciplines of time management, you simultaneously develop many of the other habits that lead to high achievement, wealth, and success in every part of your life.

The starting point of developing good time management skills is for you to realize that time management is really life management.

The outer life tends to be a mirror image of your inner life. Everywhere you look, there you are.

If you want to change what is going on in the world around you – your relationships, results, and rewards – you have to change what is going on in the world inside you.

What is time, it is an emotion, a feeling. We give it power and say what it can, it is a way of looking at things. Time flies, time stood still, etc it is a constant, we cannot control it or move it. We can measure it and ourselves by it. Where does time go! Time is completely driven by emotion.

What you focus on is what you achieve

Change your focus and you change your feelings

  • This is not about systems and to-do lists
  • Its about what moves you and drives you to action
  • Achieve balance and order in your life
  • Think differently from everyone around you
  • Live your goals – create a plan and goals that drive you
  • If you focus on all you have to do and all that you have done to get where you are you could feel overwhelmed, have you head spin
  • People who suffer overwhelm, ask, “What do I have to do?” Achievers always ask; “What do I want?” They know the end game, they have their goals in sight: What do I want? Not what do I have to put up with? What do I really want; out of this day, week, and this year this decade of my life? What do I really want?
  • You will get to a point where you will just stop, you are frustrated and you have been doing things for other people your whole life and you just want to stop. This is called a mid-life crisis, identity crisis etc.. This is where you are saying you have been living by everybody else’s wants except mine. Stop I need to figure this out.
  • To move on, ask yourself; “What do I want, what is my outcome what do I really want from life?” Get specific,
  • Ask yourself great questions. Questions that empower and you and drive you towards your goals.

When you TALK about something it is a DREAM
When you ENVISION something it is EXCITING
When you PLAN it, it is POSSIBLE
When you SCHEDULE it, it is REAL

This is a snap shot of the Time Management Workshop that I deliver successfully for organisations that want to get more out of the day without having to work longer hours.

To arrange an appointment to schedule this important workshop email me to get things moving.
