  • “How are you different and why would someone choose you?”

  • “Have you indentified 3 tasks each day that move you closer towards your goals?”

Your role for your clients is to provide Advice and give them Direction. They are looking for someone who will demystify the clutter and allow them to understand the Numbers of their Business. This will allow them to focus on what they do best; running their business and making money.

 You have the Spirit of an Entrepreneur. You are always seeing possibility where others see difficulty. You see Opportunity where others see obstacles. This is the Spirit of the Entrepreneur. To fully flow with what you desire and establish the Project that you see around you must be a person who delegates and brings people into your life that will support your Vision. To achieve your Goals and establish the Lifestyle you are designing it will hinge on your ability to delegate and Systemise all that you do.

  1. Do you know which measures drive the business – and which don’t?
  2. How do these problems occur?  
  3. Do we know the right action to take as a result – and which actions not to take?
  4. Are all team members aligned with our strategy?
  5. Are we monitoring efforts or are we adjusting as necessary?
  6. Are you an action taker or one who reacts?
