When building your business you are in the zone for creating. Business growth and development is all about seeing the dream, building the business. When you are doing this you are setting yourself as the expert in your field. To be successful you need to be the go to authority in your chosen field.
You want people to know you as the authority, the go to guy. How will people find you and identify you from the crowd in the marketplace? You must create a dialogue around you and what you do.

We become what we think about all day long, our thoughts are real and will determine what we are attracting into our lives. You are not what you have or what you do. You are not your reputation. It is not important for you to look a particular way. It is not important for you to behave in a certain way.
Being a business owner is about being able to create something that has meaning to yourself and to the people who will be purchasing from you. As a business owner you are giving rise to a creative experience within you. One that you want to share, true it must make you money otherwise you are running a charity. The desire to share comes from wanting people to recognise you and acknowledge you for your achievements.
Who are you surrounding yourself with?
Do you have a team of people who support you and encourage you to achieve and think outside the box?
Do you have a Business Mentor or Coach on board who is there to offer their expertise in releasing you to be the Expert in your field?

- Are your thoughts even true?
- What is the reason you are here for?
- What is the statement you are making with your life?
- What is your passion?
- Be focused!
- Be authentic!

Let me ask you; “Where is the shame in being shameless?” You are using your best intentions to create a business that is a reflection of you and what you have decided is important.
How often have you been shamed for sticking your head up and having a go? Who were those people that thought their opinion was the rule? Every time they spoke it was from their insecurities they tried to pull you down because your success reflected their failures.
The solution is not to lie low, not acting, speaking or showcasing your achievements for fear of being singled out. The solution is; you want to be singled out, to stand out in a crowded market place and say this is what I can do and have people notice you. Where is the shame in using your best intentions to make a great business that you care about for those that you care about?

My call is to you right now; “Stop pretending you’re not special. Of course you are special, you are following your dreams and building a business that is a reflection of your desires, skills and values. You are capable of doing something no one else had done before; you are able to see something that provides you with the opportunity to create.
This is your time now, to stand up be proud of what you have developed get your team together and stand proud in knowing you are free to create, and experience success in your life on your terms!
