Business Development Consulting Programs
There are a number of Business Consulting Programs available. Deciding which program is right for you is something that will be done together, as we’ll look at how large your business is, what your particular goals are, and how quickly you want to achieve those goals.
There are THREE Business Acceleration Programs For you to Choose From:
1. VELOCITY – “Unlocking The Potential Within”
The “Unlocking The Potential Within” Program is for people who are ready to kick their business along and achieve real goals for the year. You want to release the Entrepreneur that is within. You want to lift your Profile and Position yourself as the “Go To Authority” in your field.
Your business is already experiencing steady growth. You have some solid groundwork in place and you and your team might eventually make it happen anyway.
You just know that working with me, as your personal and business coach will make a real difference to your Lifestyle, the Value and the Position of your Business in the Marketplace. (This may be a prelude to your exit strategy!)
This program is not for the faint hearted or non committed; it is for the Entrepreneur who is really willing to make a difference and are not afraid of taking on the business goals they design.
You understand that introducing Systems and Performance Standards are the key to achieving what you want from your business in the future. Yes, we work on all areas of your business, but as a Coach, there is more demand to really perform and not let you get away with all those old habits that have been holding you and your business back. You must be committed to change.
- Strategy Sessions via phone or at your premises each month
- 15 minute Laser phone calls each week to discuss your intention and goals for the week
- A Blog written for the company each week
- Social Media Posts created and Posted Daily on
- Each quarter; Strategy session planning for the next quarter
- One ½ – day personal visit, one-on-one coaching calls, sales training, staff training, site visit, competitor research or seminar bi-monthly, in lieu of a regular session
- Critiquing your Marketing Systems, reviewing and developing print advertisements, brochures, sales aids logistics or team recruitment pieces
- Up to two x half day workshops or client training seminars for you and any other member of your team on selling, using sales scripts, team building, customer service or a specific content that I develop – this includes the opportunity to network with other clients
- A Personal Profile Analysis using the DISC behavioral profiling system for the Business owner completed at the same time as the Alignment Consultation
- All of this including all the elements of the Start-Up and Growth Programs
2. GROWTH – “Breakthrough – The Next Phase”
The “Breakthrough – The Next Phase” Program is designed for those business owners who are determined to achieve significant growth in the next 12 months. Now is the time to move your Business into the next stage of Growth. Identify your Avatar, develop your Marketing Plan and start working “ON” your Business.
Your business is probably already going well but you may typically need to rapidly expand your customer base, introduce a new product or open another outlet. Now is the time to indentify your Unique Selling Proposition (USP)
You have some good staff members in place but your business is not yet reaching its full potential. You are probably working too many hours per week and the business would not be able to survive without your constant input. It is time to start working “ON” your Business.
- Strategy implementation and goal setting sessions via phone or at your premises each month
- One personal visit every second month in lieu of a regular session
- Critiquing and Developing your Marketing Systems, Logistics or team recruitment pieces
- Online Profile Designed
- Each week; Three weeks per month 15 minute Laser phone call to discuss your intention and goals for the week
- Each quarter; Strategy Session planning for the next quarter
- One half day workshop or client training seminars for you and any other member of your team on selling, using sales scripts, team building, customer service or a specific content that I develop – this includes the opportunity to network with other clients

3. START UP – “Changing the World and Making it a Better Place”
The “ Changing the World and Making It A Better Place” program suits those business owners who really are Starting Out. The type of business that benefits most from this program is a business whose owner really wants their business to implement the strategies for improvement detailed in their “Alignment Consultation” as quickly and effectively as possible.
It is here that your either create your Business Plan or begin to implement it. We start with Identifying your Avatar then develop the Marketing Plan for getting clients and Sales.
We begin to Unlock the Potential you have and Develop the Foundations necessary for Business Success. You will write your Vision and Mission statements. Your goals for the each quarter are written along with the 1 and 3 year goals.
The Culture and Values of the Business are identified and implemented. You are on the road to becoming an Entrepreneur and you are
